I’m sure you haven’t heard of the Jojo series, but it is a manga and anime that has been around since the 90s.
Since I know that there are many people who don’t know about this popular franchise, here are 11 movies to watch if you’re bored at home!
The first time they localized an Anime in English was back in 2005 when they released “Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: The Animation.” It took them until 2012 to release another one entitled, “All-Star Battle” which also had subtitles for international audiences. There were more films after these two as well such as “Phantom Blood,” “Battle Tendency,” and “Diamond Is Unbreakable.”
The first time they localized a movie was back in 2013 when they released “Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable” which also had subtitles for international audiences. Seven years after this release, the fourth film entitled “Greatest Battle In History!” was created with English and Japanese voice actors. This one has yet to be released outside of Japan but it will come out on Blu-ray and DVD soon as well!

– In the opening scene of “Kurosawa’s Samurai”, Mifune, as a samurai named Kyuzo, is seen emerging from his house and walking down a dirt path to go into town.
More than half way through the film when he returns home after an arduous journey on horseback, we see that it has not changed at all: everything remains just as dirty, unkempt and dilapidated. The only thing that seems different is him – more tired and beaten up but now with some wisdom gained in battle tucked away somewhere deep inside.
