58 pounds to usd is a bit of a mouthful, but it is a lot for someone who has been overweight all his life. At 57 years old, this is quite an accomplishment considering how my body has changed over the years.
A lot of people have had the same idea that I did when I started this thread. I’m not sure how many of you actually know that before me. I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to all of you for your kind words. I think it was my weight that really got me into the habit of reading all of the threads in this particular thread, so thanks to you all for making this thread a better place to find answers.

As a side note, I’m surprised that so many of you know that my weight has not changed in the past two years. It is probably because I haven’t been doing much exercise, but I am sure it is not because I haven’t been eating correctly.
You are 100% correct. This is because I have been eating pretty well (although not as well as I should). As for my weight, I have lost about two pounds that I had gained over a year ago. I still have a few more to go before I can tell everyone that I am a healthy, lean, athletic young woman.
