I am one of the fortunate ones that live so close to a gym. So, my workout routine is a little more structured. CrossFit, as it is now known, is an intense workout that will leave you feeling sore for a couple of days. I am still learning about the different types of training and how to do it correctly. It took me a little while to get going because I’ve always been into the fitness thing.

I have to confess I had a rather strange experience last year. I had already committed to a 6-week CrossFit boot camp, but I decided to go ahead and sign up for the full 12-week program. After a week of workouts I felt like I should be able to do it. It was like I was at home with a group of friends. So, I kept going but it was hard to tell what my progress was doing at all.

Well, that’s because we have to be careful to not overdo it. It’s the same reason why we should never skip a workout. We should always do the full 60-minute version of a workout. But for CrossFit, it’s kind of like the equivalent of a marathon, you walk a little bit and then you have to stop.

CrossFit is a rigorous workout. It’s not really designed to get you out of your comfort zone, it’s designed to get you strong. In fact, it’s designed to get you into a place where you can push yourself to do more and harder. So when you do a CrossFit workout you should not try to do it a certain way just because you think you should, you should do it the way you feel is working best for you.

You’re not going to get a CrossFit workout designed for you, you’re going to get a workout designed by people who are pretty much one thing. We got a lot of people to participate in CrossFit Games this year. I’m talking like a half dozen people who were doing the workout, but most were just doing 5 sets of squat jumps and then a 3 minute rest.

In fact, this year we did a full CrossFit Games, 12-man workout, which is a workout that is designed for 12 people. To be eligible for participation you need to have a minimum of 6.5-7.5 hours of CrossFit Games experience. There were some people who came in with less experience, but with a solid CrossFit Games experience, they should be able to do the workout.

One of the benefits of CrossFit Games is that you can add “weight” to your workout. I’m talking like a half dozen people who were doing the workout, but most were just doing 5 sets of squat jumps and then a 3 minute rest. This is the year that CrossFit Games 2015 will be held in Orlando, Florida. We don’t know exactly when it will happen, but we’re told that the CrossFit Games will be in the summer, which is when CrossFit Games is usually held. With a few exceptions, most CrossFit Games are held in the spring, so the CrossFit Games will probably be in the summer.

We have a few questions though.

For starters, there was a lot of talk about the CrossFit Games 2015 coming to us.
