What’s a good way to describe what makes me self-aware? That’s a question I often get asked. I think it’s a combination of the way I feel, feel that I am, and the way I see myself. But I want to make sure I’m clear in what I mean by self-aware.

This is something that is very difficult for most of us to describe. We try to do it by saying things like, “I am really aware of my emotions,” but that doesn’t really cut it. Most of us are aware only of our own emotions, so if you put it into a sentence it doesn’t really sound as self-aware as you’d think.

No, I think it is actually a general rule that if you have a really good reason for doing something, you should have it. But we tend to use it as a guideline rather than a rule, so im sure I will just use it as a rule anyway.

I think that is a very general rule and most of us have little to no self-awareness of our emotions. If you were to look at how some people act with their emotions, you would see that most of them have nothing to do with them. Some people have things like self-esteem issues and they do things for the sake of their emotions.

That’s not entirely true. We are all driven by emotions, but we are not all driven by strong emotions. If you had a perfect life, you would never cry, you would never be upset, you would never have a hard time getting through a day or getting through many days. If you had perfect emotion, you would have no trouble with anything, and you would have no trouble with anything.
