I always try my best to cook with whole foods. This is especially important to my heart, as I have a tendency (among many other things) to eat processed foods. This is the reason I don’t eat as much sugar as I used to, plus I have a tendency to eat a lot of gluten, and both of those things cause me to eat more processed foods.

I would say that I’m doing pretty good, but I’m not as good as I should be. I’m pretty sure that my sugar levels are a bit off, as I know that I am not eating enough. But I know that I’m a bit more careful in the kitchen than I ever was before, so I’m trying my best to eat just right.
