For the first time in over three years, I’ve been experimenting with a new exercise that feels more like a physical exercise, which I’ll start with a break at work and exercise a little more at home. This one is more of a spiritual exercise because I will be doing it for about five days every week for the next 15 months.
I’ve been starting out slowly, but this week I am starting to work up to a more serious level and I’ve already started feeling more energized. In my opinion it’s a great exercise because it’s a way to get in the habit of exercising and it’s fun to do.
I want to show you this one. I’ve been doing a lot of exercises for about 5 days now, but I’ve found I’ve become a bit of a slow learner and I’ve been getting a lot of exercise done. It’s a great exercise because it gives me a bit of control over what I’m doing. I’m really trying to stay on track with the progress.
I’m still learning, but Im just got into the computer. Its not really giving me much power over things like this, but Im doing pretty much anything Im doing.
