I think this goes back to the Japanese philosophy of “eating is doing.” As they say, “If you eat it, it must be good.” This makes sense because the more you eat of an edible, the more you know you have to eat it again.

This is because salt is a very hard thing to come by. When I was growing up in the ’80s, we had to go out to the local fish market and buy it. Since it was so hard to make a salt shaker, the only alternative was to buy the rice in bulk from some random Asian grocery store. Now that I think back, its probably not the best way to use up a whole bag of this stuff, but it sure is a lot cheaper than buying it.

But I digress. The most important ingredient of the dish is the fish. mua sushi is essentially a bowl of fresh, raw fish that is marinated in a sweet glaze. I was a little surprised that the dish didn’t use Japanese sake as the marinade, but I was more surprised that they didn’t use sake as a marinade. The reason is that sake can be difficult to find in the U.S. and even in Japan…

In Japan, sake is made from rice and rice is one of the most common ingredients in sushi. But sake often has a dark color, so it has a “sangria” taste. Sake marinades are a way to disguise this taste.

mua sushi is an interesting alternative to the more common sashimi and it’s great if you don’t have a lot of fish on your plate. It’s a popular street food in Japan (especially in Tokyo) and it’s really easy to make.

It’s hard to explain, but this is a variation on the theme of making mua sushi.

Well, this is a new one. They can be either grilled or sauteed.

This is really simple. Simply add water and some vinegar and some sliced scallions and toss it together. It is nice to prepare the mua sushi in the kitchen rather than in the sushi bar. The idea is to grill it or cook it in the oven.

You can get your sushi at any Japanese restaurant. It’s also a good idea to ask for a mua sushi menu so you can just say what you want. But if you’re worried about serving it to the guest, you can ask for a set of chopsticks to put the mua on.
