I have used a number of different techniques over the years to get my clients to make some type of commitment to their wellness. My favorite method, and one that I have used on many projects, is the “three level self-awareness” method. Although I have used this method on many projects, this is the first time I have used it to take a project over from start to finish.

The three level self-awareness method is a simple technique. Imagine that you are a student at a high school. You are going to take a class. One day you decide that you want to make a commitment to the school. For the next 2 weeks you are to take notes to discuss what you have learned and then go to class. Another day you decide that you want to make a commitment to the class.

The first step is to take note of your thoughts and feelings. You don’t have to write everything down, but you should make a plan of what you are going to write down and then write it down. You can write down your fears, your hopes, and the things you want to learn.

The second step is to put your plan into action. The third step is to think about what you want to do/learn next. And for the fourth step, we can’t wait. You have to start planning.

The next step is to make a plan. You have to think about what you want to do. Do you want to go to college or go to a trade school? Or you want to go and become a lawyer or something? Well the best place for you to start is right here. Write down your feelings and your thoughts. Make a plan. Go to school, study hard, do well in school, and then you can do that.

This is the step that really gets people. Many people take so long to make a plan that they’re like, “I can’t even do this step.” The reason they don’t do this step is because they have no plan, and then they get to the step at which they can actually do it. The first step is to think about what you want to do next. The second step is to make a plan. The third step is to start doing.

Now, what is a plan? A plan is a sequence of tasks that a person can then follow to achieve a goal. For our purposes, a plan is a plan that includes a list of tasks. A plan that includes tasks that are both detailed and not detailed. A plan that has tasks with a lot of detail and tasks without a lot of detail. This is exactly what a good plan should have.

A good plan is one with lots of tasks. Not a plan with just a few. And a good plan is one that has tasks of detail. Not one that has a few tasks that are not detailed. And it is this plan that is the key to a good project.
