I’m a sucker for vlu, but when I think about it, I feel like I’m putting it out there for the right reasons. I’m not a huge fan of the vlu recipe, but I have been using vlu since I was a teenager. It’s a bit like eating chicken and I have a bowl of vyvies.

The same goes for a lot of other sauces Ive tried in the past. I don’t recommend them.

My biggest concern is that people are still using things like peanut oil, coconut oil, and palm oil to make their sauces. These are all bad because they arent real oils. Some natural oils are healthier, but they arent as good for cooking or baking. The only thing you can use for cooking and baking with is butter and coconut oil, and those are the best for cooking.

The real oils are all natural and you can find them in the grocery store. Coconut oil is best for cooking and baking, butter is best for cooking, and palm oil is best for baking.

If you can get your hands on them, go for it. Its worth it for the flavor, and it seems like it may give you a better skin, hair, and nails, too.
